Great place to stay long or short term, the only very slight negative, wish the car park was bigger and had space for vehicles with trailers, but that really is nit picking.

The only thing I do not like about this place is the elevator. It is extra slow and it jumps when reaching the landing

Cleanliness. Staff was nice, attentive and helpful. This hotel only has queen size beds. We had just come from a MyPlace that had king size beds. We thought that's what we were getting but reading closely, there is no description of bed size when you make the reservation. It shows up after you make the reservation. This is clearly purposeful and misleading. Lesson learned about MyPlace hotels.

The soft drinks available were cold and fair priced. It was all very nice. They need some new carpet upstairs in the hallway. Pulled up and worn out. Nice location and the staff were very nice. Price was good.

It was all clean and working i did think the kitchen would have at least a pot or silverware without having to purchase it. Thankfully they did give me plastic spoons

It was a clean new property. Beds were comfortable. The queen bed was actually a full bed though. No water available besides water bottles. Employee let me know I could use the sink for water.

Stayed for 5 nights as a base for Zion because it was inexpensive and had a kitchenette. If you want to use the cooking surface, bring your own skillet. You can purchase one downstairs. There is nothing furnished, including plates or silverware. We just bought plastic ware and disposable plates. They only came in once to clean, so we had to ask for toilet paper, rags, etc. The brown haired evening front desk attendant was a 10. She was friendly and helped with some questions and issue with the laundry. The other lady was generally outside smoking every time we passed through. Our check out girl was just sitting in the lobby and looked up long enough to say yes when I asked if I just leave my card. It was weird. Other than that, I really can’t complain about space, cleanliness or quiet. It was a good room otherwise.
