Just did a quick trip. Hotel staff was super nice. Would stay again.

Great location, in a safe, vibrant neighborhood with lots of good eatery choices within a short walk. Convenient parking, room was quiet, comfortable beds. There was a small room fridge with two waters in it that was actually quiet. Nice bar and breakfast area downstairs where you can watch whatever the big game that night is. Not perfect, but we would come here again. The check-in process was unbelievably slow, particularly after a long day of travel. Not just a technology thing, the desk staff was clearly in no particular hurry to get people checked in. With another major competitor I can choose a room, check-in and use my phone as a room key, without having to deal with any of this. At one point during my stay I wanted to get a water and an ice cream but gave up because I'd have to get in line behind two people checking in. The towels in the room were kind of thread-bare, water pressure in the shower was way low and on the day I left I couldn't even get hot water out of the shower. There was sticky stuff someone spilled on the floor and hadn't been cleaned up by housekeeping.

The hotel advertises a restaurant, but all they had was appetizers and a couple of salads, not a sit down restaurant. The bar had limited choices. The bartender was not sociable at all. I’m not sure how this is a highly rated hotel.

The staff and everyone was AMAZING!! We felt welcomed & taken care of. However, dirtiest hotel we’ve stayed in probably ever.

I usually stay at Marriott A Loft Hotels. I liked Marriott AC as well. Will now stay at both. I like the contemporary design of both brands — as well as their convenient locations in St. Louis’ Central West End.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Property was clean and very well maintained. In a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Convenient for The Muny. Parking was easy, friendly staff and clean.

The AC Marriott West End has a great location just steps away from all the restaurants and bars in the Central West End. It is walking distance to Barnes Jewish Hospital and the park.

Cleanliness of my room

Very nice and clean. Lots of nice restaurants in the area too.

The staff was not so kind, and the room service not very good. In fact, they didn't change my towel and didn't leave the coffee to make in the room as they were supposed to do.

Our room 222 had a terrible smell of raw sewage. Notified staff and they went in to access but nothing was done. They should have moved or we should have requested to move to another room. It was so bad that since our room was at the end of the hallway, we had the door open to lessen the stench. Unfortunately the room’s window can’t be open.
