The staff upon check in was fine, however, the staff at check out was just plain rude (not just to myself, but I witnessed her speak rudely to other guests) She was "busy" chatting with a lady standing to the side of the desk and it was very obvious that is was a bother to deal with guests. The elevators are TINY which only matters because it's a pain to get the luggage carts in and out :( They charge for a late check out (by late I mean they wanted you out by 11:30 and I asked if noon was possible and they told me there would be a large fee) We travel a lot and no other hotel has charged us for for such a request. Good things: the AC is COLD and works great!!!! The balcony is a nice added touch. The room was clean and housekeeper that was near our room when we left was VERY friendly and nice :) I usually do not leave reviews that are at all negative, but for the cost I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it at all!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds months ago. There was 3 of us. Room was paid in full. When we went to check they told me they had no queen rooms and only a king and could grab a roll away bed. Had no choice but to take it. Pretty annoyed they knew a room was taken and they still over booked themselves. Won’t stay there again

Solid breakfast and 24 hour coffee! Comfortable sleeping. Good price.

The room was not clean

It was an overall fine experience for a three night stay. The room was relatively dusty and dirty. Some pillow sheets had stains and the AC was NOT working properly. It was set to 64 all weekend and fluctuated between 74-71. All the amenities were just old and outdated too.

The breakfast was very good but the breakfast area is, in my opinion, a bit small for a hotel this size. Staff were very friendly. The room had some blistering paint in the bedroom area. The toilet was finnicky. Sometimes it leaked causing the toilet to flush and at other times it was fine. The mini-split system didn't seem to be the best climate-controlled.

First of all, the description on Expedia pictured a restaurant and bar. Apparently, it has not existed for years. The tv was slow and complicated. The bathroom was not functional, very small, door opening into vanity space, toilet lid did not close , which I find on sanitary and also it’s not fun to have a gaping hole of water in the middle of a small space 😟. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee was very acidic and had a vinegar taste.. the property feels old. Thankfully, after driving eight hours, I slept pretty decently … the bed and pillow were comfortable. I have been to some best westerns lately and it seemed as though they are improving but I guess this one missed the memo. Ha ha maybe it’s the best western plus that are getting better. I’m not sure.

The hallway smells odd in a bad way, and there were many black hairs all over the hotel room. Staff was nice though. Room gets a bit hot because of the type of air conditioner.

The staff was ecellent, but the facility is very (way too) short-staffed. The room had several shortfalls: some moulding falling off the walls and the TV far too difficult to use easily.
