We had a wonderful stay here! The pool and hot tubs were awesome and the beds were nice too. We will definitely stay here again!
-
Excellent staff, can’t beat the view from the pool. Take note, observation deck closes w the pool. Otherwise, awesome!
-
Good food and great customer service.

This is such a great place to stay for families. While the hotel itself is not the fanciest or best maintained, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is so helpful and kind, and you can't beat the amenities!! My son and I went down to check out the signature free snack time, expecting popcorn and drinks, etc.. Turns out it was a full meal with baked potatoes, pulled pork sliders, salad, soup, nachos, etc.. It was all fresh and tasty and we did not need dinner that night. Between that and the free breakfast (also good quality) the Drury makes for great value and a lot of fun. Plus, there's a pretty decent sized pool and hot tub with a nice balcony right outside. Highly recommend!

Homely. Not the fanciest or newest but extremely cozy. Great staff and clean.

Very happy with our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was great and the food was good

The location is fantastic if visiting the Arch. The staff and amenities are amazing. Be prepared to pay $50 to park in the hotel parking garage that isn't very secure nor accessible for anything larger than a typical sized vehicle.

I am very disappointed with this room. It is dirty, outdated, and not worth the money I paid. The towels are hard and uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the customer service has been horrible. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

Also, there is great value for families here. Between the breakfast and dinner Kickback there was a lot of free food provided. Staff very friendly.

I would stay here again. The location is perfect for a baseball game or seeing the Gateway Arch. Breakfast was good. A surprise was that there were free fountain drinks and popcorn all day (I did not know this until the last day and we were buying water and drinks!). From 5:30 to 7, they offer a free spread, which was enough for us to not have to spend money on a restaurant. They had spinach salad, soup, pasta, tortilla chips and nacho cheese and each adult could get 2 free alcoholic drinks! Wow! And of course, popcorn!

Close to the Arch , walking distance to the restaurants
-
We u intentionally got an inner room so the window was facing the hallway instead of outside which was a downer. I’ll be sure to read more carefully next time time. Parking was $35/ night which was also a surprise be it was a good trip overall

Can’t say enough how special this hotel, staff and site was for us. I’m a Drury Inn customer and found this site beyond my expectations. Room spotless, and food options great!
-
Well located near the Arch National Park; was able to leave our car at the hotel garage and walk to the Arch. Make sure you check-in before 5:00 or so, so that you can take advantage of their happy hour which features THREE FREE DRINKS and pretty good appetizers. Monday was pulled pork sliders and chili/nachos. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Great place to stay if you’re visiting the Arch.

Great experience and walking distance from Cardinals Stadium and Arch
-
Great over all!!
-
The room was fine. And the included breakfast and snacks are a plus. However, don’t plan on getting any help with your luggage. No bellhops at all. You are in your own.
-
The only suggestion I would offer is the commode in the guest room should be the tall kind.

First and foremost, there was no restaurant or bar. You could get a max of 3 drinks per day but only during a 2 hr window and then no more liquor is served. Breakfast was great! But the dinner snacks were far from great. Thecrooms need to be updated. The bathrooms are very small, with single sinks and bathtub shower. No in-room safe. Rooms were very clean. I asked for a room with a view of the arch .. we paid for a high floor view. I was told that because I booked with a 3rd party company (Expedia) I wasn't able to have the view I requested. It was very disappointing to not be able to go downstairs for evening drinks. They are apparently adding a bar and dining room but no idea when that will happen. Also no room service
