The breakfast is good & there's plenty of room to enjoy your morning. The location is excellent. Things could be a little cleaner this time. We have stay here more than once.

Bad

It was a convenient location. The bed was comfortable. It had ribs with a kitchen. The staff was kind. The breakfast wasn’t good, trying things that should be hot or warm and instead were cool or cold. The couch and a shelf above it was broken. Many areas were dirty including the bathroom and bathtub. There was hair all over the couch and in the freezer.

Close to everything Parking was expensive and crowded

For the price we paid, our room had signs of it not being cleaned very well. The beds were not very comfortable. We also had to call for maintenance to help us get into our room since we thought the normal way to open a door was pushing down on the handle but we were told we need to tried pulling up instead. The only way we would get in or out of our room was by pulling up on the handle. The closet door was off track and just laying against the other door.

Very poor

Suite with two rooms and a pullout bed was very convenient for a family of 5.
-
Not much. Had to pay for parking. Host or desk staff never said good morning. Rarely greeted by staff.
-
The breakfast was decent. Juice machine was broken during our whole stay. The beds were not comfortable. The level we stayed on smelled horrible. The shower curtain was falling out of the wall.
-
The manager had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE,that was the only NEGATIVE part about the hotel.

Room was great, kitchen was very helpful to have, only issue was they were in the process of upgrading the tvs in the rooms which means some room didnt get upgraded yet as a result the TVs in the room were hard to use due to it having a blue color to ever show.
-
