Too much noise

The friendliness of the staff and location was perfect!!

Clean property and good Breakfast.

Loved it! The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. Close to the beach, market and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing but need to have muffins. The 24 hours coffee in the lobby was perfect!

Clean and efficiently run

The room was clean and comfortable,I particularly liked the stall shower compared to traditional tub and shower curtain, the breakfast area was very clean and the food was very good, much better than other hotels/ motels I’ve stayed in the past, also the location was good offering a few stores and restaurants nearby. I felt the price was a little high for just 2 nights, but everything else was fine.

The nice and clean rooms; on-site free parking; close to restaurants like Texas Roadhouse; lovely selection of foods for breakfast (and delicious); well-taken care of property and large fitness center with plenty of equipment that was all working. Nothing we didn’t like.

Hotel was clean and offered a hot breakfast and very nice facilities. Staff was friendly and continued to check if anuthing was needed. Our only disappointment was that there was only one person on the housekeeping staff to clean rooms. On our 2nd day there, we spent the majority of the day out of hotel. When we returned, we found that our room had not been cleaned or towels changed. We asked and were told that the one cleaner had to start on 5th floor and work his way down (we were on 2nd). Eventually we got fresh towels and trash picked up but that was after we complained and we felt we had to leave our room (after wanting some rest time).

My room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They advertise a buffet breakfast and it technically can be considered that as they had a few warm foods in covered warmers. It is a little step up from a continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting this area in the future.

Only stayed a day, but everyone was very helpful and the hotel was clean.

The beach shuttle and pick up.

Early check-in and access to our room very convenient, room very well equipped and clean. shower and accessories excellent. Breakfast choice fair, area clean and well laid out. Our room was on the top 5th floor and we did not sleep well because of constant noise from aircon units on the roof above our room. We asked to change rooms but this was not offered. Very disappointing compared to our overall experience of the hotel.

Nice place, great free breakfast buffet. Cleaned room everyday. Friendly staff. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beaches. Best of all great price.
