The rooms on the back side of the units were really hard to get to. The units however are very spacious and clean.

Toilet seat needed caulking every time we use it it will move it smelled like mildew. The bed was uncomfortable the floor. The rug smelt like damp and wets. The staff was nice but paying for parking was ridiculous and then the staff. They're too young to understand common sense and bookings. You could tell the housekeepers they never came to clean out your room while we stayed there or took out your trash. It was convenient for the place that I needed to get to but it wasn't worth all the money that I spent. It's giving motel 6 and then charging you like it's the Hyatt Toilet seat needed caulking every time we use it it will move it smelled like mildew. The bed was uncomfortable the floor. We really liked the motel. However, the pet fee was as much as the room itself. We feel $75 per pet is excessive and will not stay at this motel in the future.

I liked the lay out of the room. It was spacious and the stairs outside were free of debris. My door was very difficult to open. I was literally stressed because I wasn’t sure if we’d be able to open it after returning from a long day out. There were smashed bugs on the valence in the loft room that I had to clean because it was disgusting. The room was filled with fruit flies that I was killing all weekend.

MY stay was great. The room was clean and big and had kitchen. THe best part of the trip was the evening snacks in the lobby. those were substantial.
