Nothing at all. very bad management attitude. I have booked through booking.com and my card was refused. So I’ve paid it in advance by debit. When arrived at the hotel, booking.com hasn’t yet sent the payment to the hotel. Hotel manager demanded me to solve that out with booking. When I said that this was hotel’s responsibility, not mine, she just expelled me and my son saying that they would be full anyways and didn’t need my stay. Greatly offensive. And now l’m trying to get reimbursed without success so far. Nothing at all

Pretty good for the price. No microwave in the room but that was OK, I didn't need it. I liked the breakfast selection and this BW situated in the area with a lot of restaurants and fast food close by. Personal friendly and helpful. I liked that I talked to real people, I hate to check in with someone oversees with horrible audibility.

First room given the floor was completely soaked. Second room given smelled so bad I couldn’t enter. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. So far no refund.

It’s a clean property feels like new renovated but it’s an old building

Staff extremely friendly and accomodating. I asked for both of my rooms to be connecting and they were able to do my request. Rooms were ready at check in time. Great location.

I am sorry to report that after we checked in and used the shower etc. we had to leave because the room (or air conditioning) smelled so bad of mold. Even the lobby smelled like it.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. We didn’t eat the breakfast we chose to go out for breakfast instead.
