Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore - Airport Area by IHG

Disappointing

Passable

Hot water took too long to get in the shower. Cable channels all over the place.

Once entering the hotel, we were greeting a bit harshly by staff. As a customer service agent myself, I did not take it personal but that does not excuse it. After that, the experience was tranquil and we enjoyed our stay. We did not get to catch breakfast, but the flyer they provide for other food spots nearby was very helpful. Parking was also excellent, we were able to park in the parking garage. I would absolutely stay again here if I return to Tampa!!!

Quiet rooms , great food and bar .felt very comfortable going out walking in neighborhood.

The staff and property itself were great..kind of need some remodeling...breakfast and parking were expensive for what you get.

Superb

Locations Price

This was a great location being close to the airport and major highway to get around Tampa. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and hardworking considering it was a busy weekend!

I have stayed in various Holiday Inns and this one was very nice, clen and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are big wiith all you could ask for and well maintained. It is cnetrally located for Tampa airport and Tampa. My only gripe is the $16 car parking charge and extra charge for breakfast if required when most holiday Inns are free for both, also the little shop is a bit pricey ( a perk of not having to go out I guess but $4 for a chocolate bar is a bit harsh. That said staff could not do enough for you and for an overnight stay before an airport run it is ideally situated but just remember the extra charges .

The staff was friendly. The property look very nice very professional inside. Not applicable

Exceptional

The property was well maintained, the staff that I enountered were all very pleasant and helpful. The ony thing that was an slight issue was the room was just a bit too cold and i had to turn off the aiconditioner for a bit to regulate it. I did not report it to the desk. I'm sure they would have accomodate me, but I was in town for a funeral and out of the room for most of the day.

Location

Staff was excellent shout out to Andre.

Clean rooms great hospitality

The first room I got had a mold smell. I tried to crank up the AC thinking it was just a room that hasn’t been ventilated. After 30 min it didn’t get any better. The staff helped right away and moved me to another room. That room was fine. No smell. Over all it was ok… but I wouldn’t stay there again

M

Clean room, near everything for food or convenience stores. Shuttle to the airport and mall was a huge plus for our trip. Even the coordination of transportation for nearby concert (at a price) was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

La ubicación excelente y la atención estuvo buena
