Homewood Suites by Hilton Tampa-Brandon

Great place to stay and Randy is always amazing help.

We enjoyed our wknd stay with good hot breakfast every morning, coffee available 24 hrs, and great rooms with kitchenettes.

Room was not ready past check in time, elevator was broken had to take stairs. Breakfast was good but very crowded.

When we got into thr room

Wonderful and warm staff, very helpful and interactive. Clean rooms and loved their breakfast. Thank you Amanee for being very resourceful and a great communicator. My family will definately revisit when we have an activity around Tampa.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Thank you Trish (Mgr), Amanee (front desk agent), Tania (front desk agent), (I didn't get the name of the young man that worked there evening we checked in, but thank you as well). Even during construction, the property was well maintained and clean.

Everything was great for us! It was a one night stay and had everything we needed. They are currently renovating certain parts of the property but it was never a problem for us. That staff were all extremely helpful!

Although they were renovating, they made our stay very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and clean every morning, and our room was immaculate. All of the staff were wonderful and friendly, making sure we were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

Breakfast was ok location was moved to a meeting room tight and cramp food was ok. They had the lobby closed since it was being renovated and the smell of repair was through out the hotel. You could taste the smell in your morning breakfast also you could not use 1 of the elevators because of the renovations so we waited 10 minutes to get to our room from the 1st floor.

That would be better if the breakfast can close at 10am

The hotel was under construction with only one elevator working. Noise during the day drove you out. I wouldn't have come if I knew. Why wasn't hotel construction noted in app?

They're remodeling or I would have rated all areas high. Staff was great

The Staff was very courteous and helpful. They were professional in handling the situation.
