Everything was so good.

it took them like 5 hours to give me keys.

Exceptional

The staff was great. Plenty of parking. Well stocked snack and drink area. The floors in the room was sticky. Mirror was dirty.

Very poor housekeeping. No sheets, but 5 pillow cases with no pillows. When my grandson asked for an extra blanket he was told we'd be charged $50 extra. We took the blanket off of our bed so the grandchildren had a cover. A sign that said you needed a ticket for entrance to the breakfast The breakfast offered no milk for cereal. The person in charge of breakfast watched us like a hawk while we ate. Hot tub? No where to be seen. The pool, while appreciated, was not clean. Leaves ok, but cigarette butts in the pool? Won't stay here again, and I like the La Quinta brand.

The bed and water pressure 2 sentences is not enough to express what I didn’t like

The breakfast could use an upgrade.

No ice machine nowhere, carpets are terrible ly dirty, hotter needs to be redone

I truly would love to have my money back the room was filthy smell bad the ceiling have mold on it very nasty my sinuses were bad in there

The automated checkin was a new feature . The hotel needs an update. The.breakfast was decent.

Dirty

There was a virtual kiosk to check in. Nobody I could speak with. I booked a stay here with myself and my 4 children and ended up leaving after 10 minutes because of the illicit drug usage in the parking lot in the halls of the complex. Only half refund was provided. Safety is a top priority and obviously this hotel does not feel the same.

Regarding the hallway carpets: when we arrived, there was dog poop in the entrance; I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and the bathtub was dirty; the room smells musty.

The check in process, unfriendly staff, the odors of the entire place, the area of the location, and most of all the distance with heavy traffic from the airport regardless of travel time.

I’ve never been charged extra before for someone being there. also there wasnt a lot of help with check in.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the desk to work from which was a nice size. Breakfast was decent. The property was not well kept. Parking lot pavement, landscaping overgrown. The entrance doors look like elevator doors theyre so small. There were flyers on the walls of the hall rather than professional corporate signs. Musty smell, cigarette butts in the stairwell, outdated interior.
