Exterior wall mounted HVAC units looked like clothes dryer lint trap that had never been cleaned - perfect environment for germs.....wll not stay again -

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The hot breakfast had an amazing assortment, including frittatas and waffles! The drawback from rating a 5 is that they only clean and restock the rooms with towels and coffee supplies every 3 days. There is no signage or communication until we came back a dirty room.

I was originally given room 302 which smelled like someone had been smoking continuously for weeks. I went to the service desk where my room was upgraded to a suite on the 2nd floor which was a lot nicer. However, I didn't stay at the hotel but the staff really worked to accommodate me.

The breakfast was adequate and convenient, however, there was no butter. I was told they would not have any butter until next week. I had a comfortable stay.
