Easy location if you are traveling by car. Rooms are always clean. Happy Hour/Breakfast are actually good. Staff is pleasant and easy transactions. Paying for parking for Handicap spots. It's actually illegal to charge for Handicap vehicles in Oregon. But were told if we didn't pay, we would be towed....a WHEELCHAIR VAN with valid Oregon WHEELCHAIR USER placard.

We made reservations weeks in advance. We arrived early, but they wouldn’t let us check in without a cost. So we left went to our soccer game went out with the team and returned to check-in. The room we requested was not ready. They said they didn’t have enough staff. Yet the parking lot was empty on one into the building and the floor is above the seventh were available. We ended up waiting an hour and a half before our room was available. My daughter‘s close friend was unable to get a room for whatever reason they told her but rooms were available. When we finally got into our room, a bathtub was disgusting dirty there are stains on the couch and I’m one of the bed blankets didn’t have any towels extra for us. And last but not least the thermostat. I had to turn off because it made it terrible loud humming noise. All night long so come 2:30 in the morning. I turned it off so we could get some sleep wish my daughter had a morning soccer game at eight. It was a total fiasco and you’ve probably lost my business.

It would have been nice for breakfast to be open a little longer. Staff was very rude to those standing in line waiting for a drink when 10 rolled around. If someone has been waiting for another guest to finish, they really should be allowed to get soda without the worker being rude to them . Not good customer service. Took away from an otherwise good hotel experience.

I didn’t like I was told I needed to get pay a deposit of $80 dollars after check out I would get the money back and I never got the reason I travel was for medical purposes I had a doctors appointment I was not expecting to leave a deposit on hold for that long The first room I got it was flooded with water and the second the the bath tube was really dirty I asked for twin beds I was told my reservation was a king size bed only

The hotel property and the staff were fantastic. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. That being said there were stains on the carpet on the couch and on the bed. We would definitely stay here again. Even with the stains.

Not as good as we expected.

Very disappointed in this Embassy Suites. Pretty sure they gave me a room that they might give to someone with a government voucher.

This is my go to hotel in Beaverton, and has been for 15 years. The breakfast is amazing. The happy hour is a LOVELY addition. It is a great place for a girls weekend where you want to stay in and chat, plus a little shopping. The front desk staff had ZERO enthusiasm which put me off when I checked in this time, same at check out. First time I have had to pay for parking there. There's PLENTY of parking so not sure why payment needed.

Good breakfast and great location It took a long time to wait for the washing machine because one machine dysfunction in the laundry room

Front desk girl was rude and lazy! Told us to come and get the body wash they were supposed to bring to our room and when I said it’s ok we’d wait she huffed over the phone and hung up. She was on later shift this past Saturday 9/19/26.
