Extended Stay America Suites Portland Tigard

I liked everything I did not like that Booking.com did not confirm my payment with ES.

Excellent

The staff was very helpful especially the clerk by the name of Chris.

They didn't provide a mat for inside the tub and my brother slipped and fell and cracked three ribs.

It was all good! Nothing.

Passable

Animal feces on bed spread.

Only thing that I don’t like when people’s are getting crazy like that’s was a night two people’s was screaming outside the parking lots and arguing but the good things the lady work that night call the police in time, other than that everything good.

The property is good and also the room has everything I need. Customer service are really helpful and kind to us and the other people. It had a kitchen The bed was the worst be I had ever slept in and actually ended my stay early because of this

Easy to find, check in. Mattress was saggy.

Exceptional

Mattress was saggy.

The bed was comfy and Tristan at the desk was wonderful The bathroom floor was badly stained, the floor around the tub was lifting, the grout around the faucet is separated. We had to go to the office to get cooking and eating utensils.
