To add to the insult, my card was still locked when we hurried after check in to the event that brought us to town, preventing me from using discounts on merchandise. At breakfast, we showed up before the staff restocked the food. Slim pickings! As we were leaving, a hard working woman was restocking the food, but we didn’t have time to get more food. Otherwise, the hotel was acceptable.

The breakfast was fine Two days before my stay a young lady named Rui was very rude to me over the phone made me feel very disrespected and very discriminated against.

Location and accommodations . The property was excellent however, you allowed families with children to take over the hotel. There were screaming kids running all over so you could not sit in the lobby and talk. I asked the staff and she just said they were just having fun.
