Rude staff. Area unsafe

Was charged twice because their systems were down, had to sleep in the car for 3 hours while we waited for the systems to be “back up”. It never really came back online so they said we had to rebook and pay, which we did because it was now almost 4am and we were exhausted. There are too many other hotels in this area for me to ever stay here again.

Very clean and updated hotel.

There was no heat and and when we brought it to the front desk attendant attention, we came back later in the evening and the heater hadn't even been addressed. They had a guy come out at about 8:50 p.m The heat worked for maybe 2 hours before I woke up to a freezing room at 47 degrees outside! Also no full shower door, no pillows on a couch that is impossible to sit on with missing pillows!! I will NEVER stay here again! This is Not what I'm accustomed to when staying at Mariott Hotels! Do better!!

Consistently good, as usual with Courtyard Marriott. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the heating /AC worked well. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. The property seems to be undergoing a light refurbishment during the workday, which did not present any problems. I will stay there again on my next trip to the area.

The room was clean and very comfortable. I did not have any problems. I had to cut my stay short but it had nothing to do with the hotel. Stay was helpful and friendly. I recommend the hotel if you are looking for clean and quiet. Meijer's and fast food places are right across the road.

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff!

The staff was very nice and the hotel is very clean. One thing I had a problem with no complimentary coffee. In the mornings.

Check-in process took a while due to no staff up front to check us in. Had 5 people waiting to check in. Upon check in they stated they didn’t have a room for us and it was cancelled bc we didn’t show up Friday even though hotels.com contacted them and told them we weren’t showing up until Saturday and whomever they spoke to that day said they would make note and put a hold on our room for Saturday.

The facet in sink was just hanging so no control for water temp. Wanted a drink and hot

It was convient and we had a wheelchair accessible room and it was perfect. I wish the hours of the cafe was open longer.
