Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo

It was clean, the bar was nice.

Shower didn’t work very well

Exceptional

Very nice property that met all of our expectations!

Understaffed in the restaurant but front desk staff was super helpful.

Need more luggage carts. Only have 2 carts to service 6 floors of rooms

I liked location and staff was friendly At breakfast they was short staff and check in was a very long line

Very good

Great facility but not business travelers friendly… no iron and had to go to desk for a mini iron, somewhat insulting

The room is clean, plenty of parking, the staff are nice and professional.

Pubic hair in the bathtub and bathroom floor. There was a drying RACK that was worthless and no other bars to hang wet towels or bathing suits. The inside pool was lovely with a perfect water temperature. Room and thermostat nice.

We liked the cleanliness, professional environment, and excellent service ALL staff provided. Complimentary breakfast not included. Coffee in rooms were limited to decaffeinated w/poor quality

Staff friendly Breakfast unremarkable Parking lot big not easily access

The shower could have been a little cleaner and there is no microwave.

Front desk staff are amazing

The bed was fine Heavy steel doors slamming all night long.not sure if they were being slammed shut but there's no cushioning on them. Big disappointment there. Why can't you offer complimentary breakfast. At the price you pay that should be a given.

Exceptional

The staff was very welcoming and our room was very clean. however the hallways seemed to have water damage at some point. there was a fairly strong mildew smell, thankfully we didn’t smell it in our room. the in house restaurant was very good, and fairly priced.
