Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo West by IHG

Everything

Everything was fine but the bathroom was dusty & wasn’t mopped or swept well, needs a deep cleaning. Other than that everything was great.

Nice property. Didn't get the king bed room I reserved and had a confirmation for. No help from desk correcting that. Double charged for the amenities. Got a hang up phone call at 8:00 am and 2 times pounding on the door the morning of checkout to see if we were gone. At checkout at 11:00 the desk said no one should knock for housekeeping until 11:00. Then she said she checked us out at 8:00 that's why there was a phone call. Continued to blame housekeeping but said she checked us out for unknown reason. Also said she could not check if the extra charge was removed as we were already checked out. Also unable to determine if there was a price difference for being given the 2 queen bed room instead of the king.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, and was located near many restaurants and stores. Would definitely come back.

Superb

Room phone did not work, which was a problem in the middle of the night when people were arguing loudly in the hallway for almost 1/2 an hour. Pool was disgusting, not clean at all. Selected this location for the pool so kids could swim. They did not even go in the pool due to its filth. Would NOT stay here again

Friendliness and convenient location

good location, had an early appointment at Promedica Toledo Hospital and this was very convenient.

We were there for 2 nights, the rooms were beautiful, the place was so clean, workers were very hospitable, and the free breakfast was delicious! They offered many choices, would definitely do a return visit!!!

Pleasant stay.

2day stay. Was not advised at check-in that they don't make up the rooms unless you ask.

STAYED AT THE HOTEL TO FIND OUT WE HAD NO TV SERVICE. CALLED FOR A LONG HOTEL STAY WITHOUT THE TV. NO DISCOUNT GIVEN

Cleaning staff was loud and obnoxious. The daytime greeter was very nice. The evening/weekend staff person was rude. We need coffee in our room!! Where are the coffee makers?? Breakfast was horrible! Where are the waffle makers? Please stop burning the link sausage. I could go on but why bother, nothing will change. I'll try the Drury next time.

Not enough characters to describe the disappointment.

Shower head had stuff growing on it. Staff was sent to clean it promptly. Carpet felt sticky.

It was clean They had no tv service. None. It was down and they offered no compensation. We wanted to just stay in the room and watch football after traveling for hours and having to travel hours the next day. No such luck.

I liked the hotel it was clean It was so cold in our room it was 64 degrees I tried to get it warm but couldn't, I had hardly no sleep because I was freezing both of my kids got sick the 4 year old got it worse, my 17 month old is coughing non stop, the television didn't work so we sat with nothing to do but go to sleep early after I could quiet down the kids! They was bored, we had a funeral to go to
