Great location and beautiful hotel!

Disappointing especially at the price and then having to pay almost $38 to park. After a long day and checking in later at night we pulled out the sofa bed to prepare it for a much needed sleep. Come to find out there are no extra sheets, blankets, etc. for the bed. Called front desk to request and was told nobody was on staff to bring them to us we'd have to pick up at front desk. Total inconvenience to change on out pjs and venture downstairs when all you want to do is go to sleep. Bigger disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The attendant was very eager to please but the buffet itself failed. Food was not hot, had to wait for scrambled eggs (which of course were hot), sausage was very salty, potato cake things were horrible, chicken something for tacos (?) looked days old, no pancake or waffle option, toaster took forever and had a missing knob. Overall, our less than 12 hour stay was a disappointment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The view from my hotel oom was absolutely stunning. The lights on the bridge were amazing. Toledo never look d better.

I love this hotel for the views, room size, location and breakfast. This time out the room was a little lackluster for cleanliness. Not horrible just not Hilton clean.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because an employee set it off. There was a disgusting stain on the sheets. Garbage on the floor. Staff was not responsive and wanted me to run down to the front desk for something that should have been in the room. Very disappointing for a hotel calling itself Hilton.

Friendly staff and guests, location was walking distance to most things, breakfast was good, everything was clean and modern. The parking fee and spacing in the garage for parking is too small.

Room was a two bedroom suite and it had a beautiful view of river and more.

Very happily surprised. The room was - dare I say - too big? The only issue which wasn’t really an issue is that the kitchen was dirty. The cupboard handles and fronts had greasy dirty hand prints all over so we just wiped the kitchen down before using any of it. Wonderful 5+ star location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, waterfront. What a lovely evening

Overall decent accommodations. Location great for baseball game. Parking though is extra, $18, not happy but it is downtown

The property had no water and no electricity upon arrival. Had to cancel reservation. The upkeep of the property was in great condition. Staff help out the best way that they could under the circumstances. I was able to get a full refund. Me and my wife prayed and hope the electricity and water for plumbing was restored.

Patrick at breakfast was lovely. I asked for 2 more pillows to accommodate my broken arm and I had them immediately
