Wingate by Wyndham - Sylvania/Toledo

Very good

Laundry access would be good

Check in staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety.

Prefect location for me. Close to everything. Room was nice as expected

The property is excellent!!! No issues what so ever. I would have given 5 stars except for the rude front of house receptionist. I now call her claws as she had 3 inch nails and an attitude to match. I tried to check in at 1 pm as I had just driven 4 hours in driving rain from Medina where I visited my 93 YO mother in hospice care. Was sternly told "check-in is at 3pm" no exceptions. I used to be platinum everything for business and I know better. I hope she finds happiness somewhere... but customer service is clearly not her thing!!!

Passable

Was a little disappointed in not having a pool or hot tub for the price

I thought the breakfasts could have offered a little more variety vs just scrambled eggs. I was also disappointed the hotel had no small store within the facility if you wanted to buy a beer or wine, as well as snacks.

The room was very quiet and laid out well. I had ample room to relax and manage all the items I brought on this trip. Our stay was first class in every way.

Clean, well appointed room. Easy parking. Solid breakfast choices. Good value. Convenient location.

The breakfast it was basically the same everyday. Not a lot of choices for a diabetic watching his sugar. Coffee was only Luke warm.

The place was perfect. It was right in downtown and close to family and friends. The staff was friends and quick to solve any issues. Will definitely stay there on my next visit. Location Nothing

The staff was very friendly, and my room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and my room was very quiet with a great view of the river. I am very pleased and will be returning for sure next time I'm in town.
