Clean and updated atmosphere, easy access, friendly staff, nice bathroom and shower But the water pressure at the sink was too low.

The location was convenient for the activities we had planned. The staff were amazing and everyone was friendly and helpful. The amenities were pretty good and There were some issue with the room and one of the doors to the parking lot was out of order. More of an inconvenience than a problem.

The staffs were great to work with; I forgot some of my personal belongings and they were able to locate. I received my belongings at home in Georgia.

The place was very clean. The AC cut off at night not good I asked for a quit room and I could hear people walking above me at night. The back door to the parking lot was locked so I had to walk in the heat around the building.

The entire experience. Especially as a guest went up to serve themselves the attendants would stand up and waited patiently in the event the guest needed anything. Organized and tidy and full of options both cold and hot and the attendants were on top of keeping everything stocked and ready for you. I highly recommend. Because I have been recently diagnosed with an illness which suppresses my immune system I am mindful of germs. I don’t know the protocol so please don’t take this as a criticism. The buffet attendants wear latex gloves but they keep the same pair on throughout the duration and do other things like moving chairs and cleaning tables and touching furniture and using their phone meaning same gloves remain and are not changed out when going back to the food buffet.

New rooms, good location (for me) and gym and laundry facilities. Noisy people above us and very mediocre breakfast.
