Everything was honestly really great. The staff was super helpful. The rooms were very clean. We especially enjoyed the high quality king bed and very comfortable pillows and linens. The restaurant food and staff were also excellent. I highly recommend!

There were no convenient charging stations for our electronic devices, and we had to search for electrical outlets near the floor because there were none available near the beds. The refrigerator in our room was not cooling properly, which was especially concerning because I needed to keep medication refrigerated. I ended up having to get ice to prevent my medication from spoiling. The bathroom also clearly needed updating and maintenance. The shower handle was loose, the shower curtain needed attention, and the toilet was continuously running. In addition, the door leading to the hallway repeatedly became jammed, and my husband had to keep working with it just to get it to close properly. Overall, the condition of the room made us feel as though we were staying in a motel rather than a Sheraton hotel. I reported the refrigerator issue during the first two days of our stay. It was not until the third day that we were finally offered the option to move to another room on the same floor. However, we were told that the alternative room was of lower quality. Since our stay was already nearly over, we declined to move. Regarding the lack of convenient charging outlets, I was offered a large industrial orange extension cord as a solution. This was hardly an appropriate

A great overall experience!

Nice hotel convenient to the main highways. We had a deluxe king room which was roomy, although the bathroom seemed a bit small. Checked-in took a hit as the signature pad wasn’t working. Parking across the street in a garage was handy.

Exceptional

The staff were lovely, particularly those working in the breakfast area. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and stores. Our room’s AC was leaking, so there was a large area of the carpet that was wet.

My daughter and I had a lovely weekend in Baltimore to see a sports event at M&T stadium. The Sheraton property was about 20 mins by car, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we interacted with were great too. Parking was validated which was a nice touch. I would stay again.

My only complaint is with the check in staff. I asked for a quiet room and Ebony put me in a room with consistent humming by the janitor’s closet. When I asked for a change she was resistant and kept interrupting me as I spoke. Thankfully the manager (ReShawn I believe) was able to assist and walked me up to the new room to make sure it was quiet. All in all a good stay, though some more front desk training in hospitality might be helpful for Ebony.

Very good

It's located in the central area of Townsend , very easy to locate. My room was good, big enough and very clean. There's no swimming ( i am not sure if there is because no one mentioned it to me during my check in). The light switches were not nearby to make it easier for someone to turn off and on while in bed without having to get up.

Everything was great :)

AC didn’t work really well, even after the maintenance crew looked at it. The tub kept dripping, even though after the maintenance crew looked at it and the free parking still had to pay to get out and the free breakfast still got charged to our rooms.
