I wasn’t so satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I pay the same rate at other hotels with kitchen. But at Americas Extended Stay Suites in Tracy, I had to pick it up from the front desk when in the notice it says that they will deliver them to your room, and when I got the basic kitchen utensils, the bowl that they handed to me were not clean or sanitized. I got them but I didn’t use them. Also I had to ask and picked the hair dryer at the front desk. That’s all.

The lady in the morning said we have tons and it was sitting right in front of the counter I had to eat with my hands and was very upset at the service ( which she did not even get up from her seat ) I was reached by the office and refunded half my stay as a way of them apologizing which was nice and appreciated

Fridge, Stove, & cabinets are very convenient for a multi-day stay. Literally right next to a 24/7 Winco & plenty of restaurants. Solid stay for the price.

I had horrible experience

Had a very nice experience in the hotel

One of the people in our party got stuck in the elevator and had to wait for a technician to get dispatched to let him out.

The property is located near the freeway and near a shopping complex. The pictures are much nicer than the actual place. The front desk person was amazingly helpful, however, they had a person in the lobby sitting that was not a guest at the property. There was some police action and some of the people living there are long term tenants and it did not feel as safe. The elevator is old and small and the hallway carpets need cleaning. The room has an old stove and a tiny fridge for a kitchenette. Expedia mentions breakfast, however there was none, they offered a muffin and cold watery drip coffee. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

The elevator was not working and no notice was given. When you walk into the second floor it immediately smelled like filth. Going into the room was the same. Like the odors were embedded into the curtains and the bed. I sprayed febreze and it did not help. I tried to dial zero on the phone to let the front know but the phone didn’t even work it only had a dial tone. I was so exhausted I just went to bed. Do not recommend this place. It was horrible. The continental breakfast was these cheap little blueberry or chocolate muffins. They had some Nutri-Grain bars. And coffee. Not even milk or water. Really bad hotel.

Bathroom not clean basin had a crack line no shampoos bed pillows had a stench corridors also had a stench.I will never stay in this chain. It’s my second experience.

I was not allowed to check in I had more than two animals per manager (he was notified per my request) then I was charged on my card! What audacity to the charging of my Visa Card! In addition I returned to thr Tracy office regarding the charges one was corrected however the other cost was not. I was able to stay Motel 6 for awhile. See above

The breakfast is one of the most mediocre. I've had in a long time. The coffee was okay. The rest of it, though, was garbage, sometimes I got a couple of the muffins, and they taste it like, they had gone bad
-
The location is great, there was a lot of options for food and shopping The elevator broke the night of our first stay and we were on the third/ top floor. It was difficult with kids and luggage to get out of the hotel. The front desk was attended by a bell.
-
No elevator almost a week. Breakfast abysmal
-
The floors and overall room was dirty, the daytime front desk person was rude when I asked a question. The pet fee was outrageous and unexpected. I will not stay there again.
-
Also, the elevator has been out for a week now and walking up and down the stairs to the third floor it's problematic when you 're carrying a lot of stuff and equipment.
