The room was clean and sufficient. Beds ok. Some crinkley sounding pad under the sheet. Wasn’t bad though.
-
Good location near downtown. Breakfast was nice. Staff were nice.
-
Room was clean. Bathroom is small.
-
Very good
-
Centralized within the city and walking distance to the bay One of the two beds in the room was uncomfortable/mattress was a bit broken down
-
I thought the bed was comfortable but my wife didn’t. All else went well.

Good location with a few restaurants within walking distance. Everything as expected for this chain's properties. Breakfast and coffee provided in the morning, cookies in the afternoon. Engineering staff was helpful when we had an issue. There is no laundry facility at this hotel, but about a mile away there is a very clean laundromat. The road in front of this hotel can get very busy, even in the off season.

Clean and reasonably priced
-
The bed was not comfortable however the room and bathroom were very well kept and clean and those 2 things were important. Overall a good experience but we wouldn't give 5 stars unless perfection. Thank you. 😊

The front desk staff. Too short a visit!

Great location. Comfy bed & nice shower.

We were very happy with our stay. We were able to leave our car there while flying out of Traverse City. I just wish they did a shuttle to the airport.

Everything was clean and worked - no issues at all.
