Hilton Garden Inn Troy

Exceptional

Great room and experience overall!

Right off the interstate

Disappointing

Very clean and loved using the pool! It was great, no complaints

The breakfast was decent with a choice between paid hot meal and complimentary cold meal. I enjoyed the yoghurt along with the fruits on offer. May be a little more variety to choose from. Not sure I saw boiled eggs for instance.

I stay here when I travel to New England. Everything is always perfect, including accepting pets.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast good. ??????

Front desk staff were fantastic.

Very good

Great location! Beautiful grounds. Loved the room. Pet friendly. My Shih Tzu was alone in the room for a short period of time and became anxious. Someone called me and we came back for him. I apologized for the disturbance and they were all so kind and polite! Will definitely return….without my pup! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!!

Prompt check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

- The staff was so accommodating. Because this was so last minute, I didn’t have an overnight bag. The staff was beyond helpful with providing me some essentials free of charge. - The room was very comfortable and clean. Certainly above average from what I was expecting for the rate. -There were many very convenient options for food / drink / socializing - including a restaurant in the hotel which was open until pretty late. The restaurant wasn’t packed but had a good crown with a great vibe - somewhat rare considering it was a random Wednesday night. I hope to stay here again!

Pretty good

Our view was the air conditioning, for 300 for 1 night I expected more

The only complaint we had is that our room faced an extremely busy street with trucks passing through, etc. It was very noisy with the traffic beginning at 5 AM on a Saturday morning. Be sure to ask for a room facing the parking lot.

Property was clean. Location convenient to where I was heading but neighborhood was not desirable
