Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Arts District

Booked this room for the walkability to Cain's and the Art District. The street noise in the room was pretty terrible until about 1AM. Lots of yelling from the bar crowds outside. Not at all a peaceful night's sleep. The shower showed signs of yeast/red fungus. The elevator makes a bang as you pass the 2nd level. For a $300/night room I expected better. Next time, I'll just book a property elsewhere.

Nice location. Fit our needs to a tee. Would definitely stay there again

Room had a odor

Exceptional

Great location in the Arts District, numerous walkable restaurants in area, two blocks from the Tulsa Theater, nicely furnished and comfortable room, friendly check-in staff, basically all we hoped for. Neighbor turned on tv sometime late after we were sleeping, to a level that kept us from sleeping and could be heard in the hallway. No one at the desk to assist with a complaint at 3:30 - 4 AM. Credit card charges did not match printed receipt (so confusing you know

Property and staff were inept.

Great spot for a downtown weekend! We walked the neighborhood and discovered great food and nightlife all around!! The room was clean and comfortable! Will stay here again!

I only stayed two days and didn’t use housekeeping or anything. It was walking distance to restaurants and the beds were comfy

Great restaurants close by, especially Tavern

Nice clean property just down the block from the Bob Dylan Center and the Woody Guthrie museum. Friendly, helpful staff.

Staff members were great

Staff was extremely friendly. Chill room at night with warm with sheets that didn't make me sweat. Within walking distance to Cains and other venues. Will def be back.Highly recommend.

Superb

Staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. Generally safe location in the busy Arts District.

The pool

The two ladies working the desk were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when our AC wasn’t working in our room. They were the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The AC in our first room didn’t work. We were switched rooms and it worked better. The lighting in our 2nd room was pretty dim. Would have been nice to have more lighting.

Amazing venue with lots to do around the area
