The front desk staff went above and beyond. Always offering to help, from offering to bring us plates and napkins when we ate our dinner in the lobby to offering to help me carry my three cups of coffee. I’ve never had a hotel staff so willing to accommodate their guests! Shout out to each of them!

The sheets smelled like a hospital which was the only reason we didn’t stay another night. I get there will be a bleach smell, but this was just like a hospital smell.
