Group Hotel Booking in Tuscaloosa

When you book 9 or more rooms for the same dates, the hotel quotes a rate for the entire block instead of charging its public rate. This group rate holds your rooms until a cutoff date, giving travelers time to confirm their stays. Engine Groups handles the room-block booking once you submit your request.

Start with room count to make sure the hotel can accommodate your block. Then compare brand, distance from downtown, amenities like free breakfast and free parking, whether a shuttle is available, and guest ratings. The comparison table on this page shows those details for each hotel.

A group booking is 9 or more rooms reserved for the same dates. Engine Groups handles those requests for you. If you need 8 rooms or fewer, you can book them yourself directly on Engine.

Engine offers consolidated invoicing, so you can manage payment for the entire block in one place. You have multiple payment options, and there is no membership fee to use the platform.

If your trip overlaps with a tournament, convention, or busy season at the university, request your block as early as possible. Hotels fill up quickly during peak times, and securing rooms early gives you more options and better availability.

Hotels give Engine rates they only allow us to show business travelers, so a public page cannot list them. Create a free account with your work email to see them.
