We liked the location. It was quiet. The staff was it welcoming. The breakfast was probably very good, but we would prefer a complimentary option. We did not use the hot tub. There was not a comfortable chair for my husband to set in and put his feet up. We would not stay here again.

Pool was super cloudy, check in was awful, beds were SO hard and the lobby is the nicest area, room was a little funky. I had my confirmation information but due to a system error employee couldn’t find my booking. Not helpful in resolving the error issue. Expedia employee WAS helpful.

Comfortable beds. Quite and comfortable A/C. Very clean with excellent staff at the counter and breakfast Common areas of floors had little A/C, making common floor lounge areas unusable. Rooms were great.

Room said 2 Queen beds but felt more like full size beds. 2 adults and 2 kids on reservation but only had 3 towels in the room at time of check in . Both beds had 2x4’s under the beds on floor like the room was not ready. Indoor pool had big cracks in ceiling . Not pleased at all will mot stay there again!!!!!
