Everything about the hotel was great. The location is slightly inconvenient as you have to do a u-turn in order to go anywhere or drive the loop. Also, if you're staying during the week, and school is in session, you will wake up to the high-school band sounding like Jumanji is starting. Staff and facility were great. Bed comfortable.

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Good location. My son plays travel ball so we will definitely stay here again next tournament

The hotel was very clean and had really nice rooms and amenities. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, there are some engineering issues with the rooms. To put it simply, you can hear everyone around you. On one side we had a feuding couple. On the other side we had a guy on his phone talking loudly for hours and above us a child was running for hours. This is the first time I've stayed somewhere where the acoustics were terrible. There was just no quiet moment at all.

Very nice clean hotel with exceptionally nice staff. The breakfast was much better than most hotels with included breakfast. The gym was very spacious and well equipped! The area felt safe and the hotel was close to many other things in Tyler. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Back door to hotel wasn't working with key card but I'm sure that will be fixed quickly.

The building is new, so everything is in good shape. We really liked the room. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for four of us. It has a real refrigerator/freezer, a range top, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, and glass glasses. The breakfast was better than expected too, with good and unique options. Watch closely on the way in because it's easy to miss the driveway.

The room was comfortable! The only downside was that the refrigerator was not working, so we had nowhere to keep any cold items. Thankfully, we traveled with a tiny fridge in our vehicle that we could bring into our room. The room being right beside the side door that allows entry and exit to the back parking lot made for a very noisy morning as well! The breakfast setup was great, and everything was presented well. We enjoyed the corner booth, which gave us easy access to the food. The front desk employee was an absolute treat to listen to as she greeted guests. She was polite and chipper towards everyone who walked through the lobby! She's a great asset to the company!

The lady checking us in was super sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was actually good. (I normally do not like hotel breakfast.) I would most definitely stay here again.

Staff was great and very friendly. They had a huge fridge and there was a place downstairs to BBQ and a pool. Booking said the room was available and I paid through Booking for a Suite. When I got to the property they said there was no suites available however I showed them I already paid for it through Booking. I got a regular room but they could not fix the price I paid for a suite on Booking. Booking should get a 1 star. The property was great. The sad thing is Booking still showed the hotel had two Suites available even though they were full. So there is something wrong with the system you are better off calling the hotel instead of Using Booking

Excellent Home2Suites! Beautiful new location with very nice pool and gym, laundry facilities, and business center conveniently located for guest use. I found this location on the Hilton app as I was driving home and became too ill with a migraine to drive. The three women working shifts at the front desk went above and beyond normal expectations to make me feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this location
