Great place to stay, everyone very helpful and super sweet

Nice place, nice stay & great location. A McDonalds is walking distance & some restaurants on site& walking distance as well. We loved the on site free shuttle service & the drivers were helpful & informative w great tips on what to do & see in Vail Village & Lionshead. My only complaint is when we tried to call the hotel w the phone # they provided (for connecting to the shuttle for a ride back from both Vail Village & Lions head), the call went straight to voicemail repeatedly & took over 45- 1 hour of repeated calling to get to the front desk. It would be nice to have an option to text instead. That was a long wait& the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Stayed one night. The room was great. Quiet,clean and comfortable.

much smaller and older than i thought. the lobby was redone very nice but the actual room, even thogh it was upgraded it still had old walla and was tiny. it was clean and nothing wrong but just know the room was extremely small

Ali & Benjamin very helpful & nice. Our room’s air conditioning wasn’t working so we were moved right across the hall immediately. Thankfully lol. Ali always had a smile for us which we loved. We also enjoyed the hot tub outside with the fire pit. Very cool. Garrett at the front desk made fresh cookies & brought them to us while we were waiting in the Lobby before we left the hotel. So thoughtful. Sergio was our bartender & he was great! We enjoyed both nights at the bar and he made us delicious Hibiscus margaritas! The lobby was so large. What a view through their massive windows! Awesome. We loved the restaurant connected to the hotel. Had a fabulous brunch there before we checked out. The shuttle service was so nice to have as well to take us the the adorable Village & Chris was a friendly driver. The staff was special & that helps make a hotel. :). First time in Colorado. Our first stop before the Ranch. Loved it.

The location and views on the background are amazing. The very nice staff and clean rooms make it a perfect home away from home. Not having to pay for parking is a big plus, finally the bed was nice and firm with good clean sheets.

Great hot tub and warm pool. Rooms excellent, staff even better! On-site restaurant delicious! Shuttle service prompt. Perfect location...no highway noise. Will return!

First room they put us in, the toilet would not flush and there was a dog barking across the hallway. They had change rooms. We went from a king sized bed to two queens. One of the beds looks like it had been recently sat on or used in some way. When we went to use the bathroom, there was waste in the toilet! It was disgusting ut at this point, we didn't want to change rooms again. In the morning, the room smelled foil! Almost like sewage. Not a good experience at all
