Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice

Toilet clogged.. room very damp.. our clothes were wet..shampoo and body wash empty.. I would recommend people go somewhere else

It was ok

We had a comfortable room. The breakfast had loads of options, and we enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies which were available in the early evening.

This hotel was a wonderful find. It was clean and the staff were all amazing. The hot breakfast was good and had many options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was good not far from the beach and it was quiet. Breakfast was amazing and the woman that ran it was delightful. The young woman at the front desk, long hair, about 5'9" was very nice too. Well, the toilet over flowed after maybe the 3rd use and unfortunately after i was already asleep. TG is was only liquid, bcs it was everywhere. My husband called down and they gave him a plunger (what?!?!) To try to fix it himeslef. But ultimately they moved us to a different room.

The staff were great and breakfast was great. Very quiet and relaxing place. Walking distance to cracker barrel. I would stay here again

Most definitely. I have NEVER slept on a bed of such POOR quality. When lying down I thought I was hitting the floor. How old was thos mattress????

.Special shout out to the man who covers the breakfast room. Efficient, Courteous, friendly and very helpful.

Location breakfast and staff The tub would not drain and we had ankle deep water after shower. We had a leak coming from above our window that made dripping sounds and the towel we put on the floor was soaked and had ants.

Friendly desk clerk on check in. Easily accessible room. Shower/tub had safely textured tub floor, solid grip bar, and clearly labeled shampoo, body cleanser and conditioner! Room was clean, fresh, and comfortable. We did not hear other patrons at all. Breakfast was well organized and fresh. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. There was not decaf coffee in the coffee set up in the room. But then, we did not seek it out from the staff.

Checked in on a last minute mess up at a different hotel. The staff especially Asheley R. were so kind and helpful after going thru an ordeal at the hotel we had reserved . Will definitely be choosing Best Western when we travel again. The room was nice and roomy even with 2 Queen beds. Enjoyed all the little extra's especially the warm chocolate chip cookies when you have been stressed out. :)

The facility was immaculate, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was superb!

Room clean, neat, wide and without carpet! The reception and kitchen staff showed an excellent willingness to provide quality service.
