Quality Inn Vicksburg

I didn’t even get anything. I didn’t get no breakfast but it was in my stay.

Very nice room. Close to great places

The room smelled bad. ADA items were broken and not able to use for a shower. People passed by the room all night long, We stayed at MOTEL 6 the next night and the place was CLEANER!

That I left my phone charger, they called me, so we went back the next week and they couldn't find it. They told me the supervisor would call the next day, so we stayed in town that night. No one called the next day, so we headed back home to Texas.

Good place to stay , staff is nice only thing I didn’t like is housekeeping only knock once and open door without even saying hello.

Property looked very dirty outside and rooms were dirty inside. I was doubting that beddings were washed. Breakfast was alright

The front desk staff were excellent they immediately fixed our room with another option when we told them the original room was not clean Our original room was unfit not clean and smelled very strong of mildew

Price was good, I have 2 small dogs and a large dog and they accommodated all 3. Overall it was a good place for the value. Didn't eat breakfast, drove a 26ft uhaul with a 12 ft trailer so was a little pain to get there with all the curves on the service rd. A car would've been much easier. Overall though it was a good place to stay

The room was comfortable But couldn't use toilet cause it was backing up

The staff were excellent There was something seriously wrong with the bathroom floor. When I checked in, I found water pooled on the bathroom floor. I mopped it up with towels, but it kept coming back as though it was seeping through the tiles. It was slippery than wet ice and I slipped several times!

Location The staff, both the man and woman, were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was in town for my mom’s funeral and was already going through an extremely difficult time. Even after explaining that the person with me had only ridden with me to check in and that it would only be me and my 3 children under 12 staying in the room, they continued accusing me of lying and trying to hide an extra guest. I was treated horribly over something that simply wasn’t true. On top of that, there were roaches in the room, the AC barely worked, the WiFi was terrible, and there was no breakfast.
