The Staff was helpful in getting us the room that we prepaid for. We were told they didn't have that room, but then looked to find us the room that we had paid for. The pullout couch wouldn't pull out, so we dealt with that. The TV's are difficult to navigate. We tried everything to get the channels that we wanted, but everything is geared to a very tech savvy person. so we forfeited on that. The pool is warm. The only downfall was the bottom of the pool had pieces that were very rough, It appeared that the pool may need to be resurfaced. The food was excellent! And, they have cookies in the Lobby!

No one available at Check in…had to hunt someone down, and then just wasn’t up to Hilton customer service standards. The room was nice and clean however the shower needs work….mildew stains, barely hot water and the bottom panel of shower door loose with exposed screw and thus making movement of shower door tight. Checkout clerk was amazing and very helpful!!

I liked that it had a jacuzzi and a pool. It was also pet friendly which is a plus because we brought our dog with us.

staff was helpful. I wish the elevator was closer to the entrance but not too much trouble. our room had trash cans that were full when we got there but otherwise the room and bathroom was clean and tidy.

Room was great! Amenities including the pool/spa were great! Would stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone

The whole staff was wonderful. The before hand was a night mare. Because of one person having a bad day. My entire trip was cancelled ever after I emailed them and texted them. you really need to improve your customer experience. Before you cancel a person trip. Call them, text them. Older people don't understand all the techy stuff. They checked us in and said they would go after the online travel company for the money. this online travel company really needs to improve the customer service agents that don't have a heavy accent and speaking clear English.

The outside doors on side of building slam so make sure if you book here you get a top floor and nothing near side entrances

The pool wasn’t cleaned nor was it heated so we weren’t able to use it. The housekeeping only comes by every 4th day but they never came by. The breakfast buffet didn’t change up much but the food was just ok. I had higher expectations seeing as how it was a Hilton. The bed was not as comfy as they have been in the past.

The shower was not clean enough. Rust and cracked moldings. Time to redo those showers

The reception staff and the person that’s checked me out were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was hot, plentiful and delicious. It was also available for a good length of time. The position of the TV which was difficult to watch from where it was placed.

The showers we old and rusty. They need an update.
