Breakfast was much better when we stayed previously. Staff was great and very helpful.

Shower head hardly had any power. Water came out very softly and slowly. Supposedly it was changed or fixed but I felt no difference. Very annoying to feel like you had to “catch” water?

Clean, well equipped room for a short beachside trip. Parking and breakfast make it an attractive, modestly priced facility

I am in VA Beach once every September for the air show but I do not have a go-to place. I do try to stay on the beach searching by price and amenities. I really enjoyed my stay and the greatest compliment I can give is that I plan to stay here again next September.

I was promised 20 percent off on my stay. The air conditioning wasn't working on Friday night and the fire alarm was activated during the night and lasted for 3 hours.

Great location and really enjoyed the accessibility from the parking garage to the room The room doors are very hard to shut unless you let them slam which isn’t good for the ones wishing to sleep in. We also had 2 fire alarm issues but I understand that happens

Very clean and friendly staff. Extend breakfast past 9am so there is adequate sitting because everyone won't be there at once

The property location is great. It is right on the beach boardwalk and there are restaurants within walking distance. Although there is an extra charge, the covered parking is very convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful.

First trip to Virginia Beach and I was very impressed. I will be back and would stay at this hotel again.

The floors were filthy. Our feet were black. It had a musty smell to the room .

Ocean front and a lot of space. Breakfast was alright and location is in the center of everything. The mold in the shower, foundation on the door, hair in the shower, dirty washcloth left over the shower door.

Because I had already arrived at the property and there were no other hotels available, I felt that I had limited options. Had I canceled the reservation, I would still have been charged for the stay, along with any applicable additional fees. For that reason, I chose to remain at the property. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the door was difficult to open. It dragged as though it had not been properly hung or aligned. I then began looking around the room to familiarize myself with the space and check its overall condition. I noticed that the shower was dirty. I was not sure what the substance was, but there was something in the shower that I could not remove or clean off. The furniture appeared somewhat dated, although it was acceptable overall. Despite these concerns, the property did have an amazing view, which I appreciated.
