We went to dinner, walked the boardwalk, and still never received a call. Eventually, we decided to stop back and check and, of course, the room was ready. No call or notification whatsoever. Unfortunately, the front desk experience didn’t help. The clerk seemed more interested in getting back to her cell phone than assisting us. She was very short with us and not particularly warm or welcoming. The facility itself was just okay. There was noticeable built-up dirt and sand between the beds, and the room layout was awkward. To get to the balcony, you basically have to squeeze past the desk and chair. The bed is also positioned so close to the desk that the chair is practically useless you can’t even pull it out far enough to comfortably sit down. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I especially wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re planning to work during your stay, as the room setup makes using the desk nearly impossible.

The room was beach front with a ocean view. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I was a bit disappointed for a Hilton Hotel. No microwave in the room and a very small refrigerator. I probably will not book there again. They were remodeling. There was no microwave in the room.

The sausage was bad, I got sick. It wasn't cooked properly Floor was filthy and bed made noise! there was a roach coming from the other room. I mentioned that and they said it was a water bug. My husband has a picture of it too. as much as the room cost, Parking should have been FREE.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice location. Balcony in room was nice. They have these water saver toilets that dont flush properly. That was annoying. Pool water was very cold. Had to go to front desk to ask for trash bags and towels.

Very smelly and the microwave was dirty and there was also trash by my room and trash and a mop by the microwave

The staff was very helpful. We loved the outside pool, ocean view and the handicap accessibility of the beach. The hotel was on the opposite side from all of the other larger hotels so it was pretty peaceful.

The bathroom had pubic hair in the shower there was mold between the grout the bedsheet felt like it had sand in it
