Aloft by Marriott Waco Downtown

Lastly, the front desk staff on arrival was incredibly rude. Won’t be staying here again.

Property advertises within walking distance to silos and dr pepper museum. Too unsafe to walk and too hot! The area is very run down where this property sits. Low or no income housing.

Easy check-in/check-out with nice staff. Beds was a little hard for our liking but we slept good. Could of put smoke detector in a better place since it blinks a bright green light constantly. Easy on/off interstate with fast food restaurants in walking distance.

I gave 4 stars because nothing is ever perfect.

The room was never cleaned just changed towels, there was no water for a day and a half, there was no hot water for two days, hotel was not very concerned about the fact we had no water. Had to change rooms as the TV didn't work in my first room

Third stay here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Lobby and outside area are clean. Room is clean. Great location to Baylor!

Felt safe. Space was clean and front desk very approachable.

The property was clean. It was in the area we wanted it to be in. The people were helpful. But the hallways were really hot and there was no hot water to take a shower last night or in the morning. I went downstairs to talk to someone this morning and she said that they would turn up the hot water and I was able to have a decent shower about half an hour later. I’ve never had to ask a hotel to make sure there’s hot water before so it was kind of off putting.

No parking

Great location and rooms were clean The pool was out of commission due to another guest getting sick in pool door to excessive drinking, I’m not sure how staff couldn’t tell that a guest was that inebriated, my granddaughter was very disappointed, the guest responsible should cover our stay at least for one of the nights, we ended up just letting her play on patio fora bit until we stepped on a large shard of glass, after looking around we found a few pieces and gave them to desk staff who didn’t seem concerned

There was no shuttle due to a recent accident, call to make sure its up and running.

We loved our stay.

Exceptional

Overall it was a good experience but the problem was a lack of amenities. They didn’t have hand soap in the room and the staff only offered body soap since they couldn’t find any. The staff was friendly and you all had a variety of board games,

Great spot to stay. Everyone was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Easy to get to close to the highway and close to Baylor.

I would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and room very spacious! Our TV did not have a. Remote and they brought up 2 to try but nothing worked so they moved us to a new room right next door and gave us 2 breakfast coupons.

I woke up in the morning and had to wait about 5 minutes for a hot shower. My bed had hairs in the sheets and also there was dirt on bed so when I went to bed I felt the dirt.

Staff was not very friendly but faculty was up to par. We will definitely revisit this location.
