Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waco Downtown by IHG

Location New system allowed 2 people to be assigned to same room. Another guest entered my room while I was undressed. Now the charges are coming out higher than shown on booking.com

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and welcoming.

The hotel was clean and rooms larger than normal. Staff very professional and breakfast was nutritious and well done. The bed mattress was soft and not very comfortable for me. My neck was sore both mornings.

Our room, the black out screen was crooked though cleaning people didn't seem to notice. Nor did they notice the water spot on the floor. They did clean up the water spot. Later that evening the water spot appeared again, coming from the fridge. The lady at front desk offered another room, though we were settled in, so we just had her pull the fridge. Water went everywhere. Felt bad for front desk lady having to do this on her own. I believe 17 rooms were filled this night. I guess we got the worse one. Room and bed were clean and nice. Front area was littered with cigarette butts.

Excellent and so clean. Thats most important to me. It’s very new and the room was quiet and clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. Convenient location as we walked to Foster Pavilion.

Always clean and staff friendly.

Very good overall. Staff was excellent.

Our check in experience was easy and quick! We had to check out @ midnight. Our room was crispy clean! We enjoyed our stay! The lady from the kitchen was very nice and friendly! We would most definitely book again!

Nice place to stay. Clean room, great breakfast and nice staff. This is my go to when I'm in Waco.

We would to commend Paul at the front desk. Paul was helpful, kind and always greeted us. His recommendations for restaurants was very helpful.

Very friendly staff clean

Excellent experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us since we traveled to drop our son off at Baylor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The laundry facilities were also very useful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
