Loved the location for concert at Gillette Stadium. Easy to walk to and from!

Easy check-in, friendly front desk. King suite was spacious, comfortable bed. Room had refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, plates, utensils, mugs, mini coffee machine. Bathroom was good except wasn't throughly clean, piece of hair on inside of safety bar.

We had rented a suite, with separate bedroom, and we had to wait for 1 1/2 hours at check-in to get into our suite.

If you are going to Gillette Stadium, this is THE place to stay! You can walk there and back and they serve a really good breakfast AND provide snacks! The staff is friendly and professional, and everything was clean and in good condition.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast there were many choices to choose from and delicious. Rooms were very clean.

Fast check in and the bed was super comfortable!! Enjoyed the breakfast options also. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and kitchenette area well equipped and staff was very helpful. I was disappointed that at 5:30pm we still couldn’t check in and the pool needed to be maintained better but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean room and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were not ready at 4:00 p.m. checkin time.

Great place

Traveled with a family of 5 had a suite and used the pull out sofa. The sofa bed had a used sheet that was dirty and mattress was stained. There was no extra bedding left in the room when asked front desk for extra bedding they brought the thinnest comforter and I had to walk back down to ask for 3 more comforters. Pool wasn't balanced water appeared dirty. Bathroom door didnt have a ha dle and didn't properly lick - not cool. We were forced to as the front desk everytime we wanted to bring the kids in the pool instead of swiping our key card.

Check-in was quick and smooth. They had our keycards already prepped. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC blasted. We will definitely be staying again

We have used this hotel a few times over the last few years when we go to Patriots games. The last few times we stayed, it was fine. However, this time was different. I do want to say that the staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was not as wonderful. The room was dirty: cobwebs in the corners, dirt build up in the corners of the bathroom, pink mold in the tub, poor water pressure in the shower. The breakfast options were decent but there was food all over the floor, dishes were dirty with hairs on them, and the toaster didnt work (even though I brought it to the attention of staff). I didnt eat and had to spend more money on my own for breakfast. The hallway smelled like fast food and weed. I did speak to the person at the counter when I checked out. There was no manager on duty. It was just her. She offered me more Hilton. Reward points. I don't often stay at Hilton's. I don't often stay anywhere. I spent almost $400 for this room, and it was less than a stellar experience. The next time I come down to Foxborough for a game, we may not be staying here. It's disappointing because the other times that we stayed here, it was fine. And to top it off, we paid for this room prior to coming through Expedia. When we left, we were charged again by the hotel, so my bank account is missing $400 for about 5 to 6 business days, while they send my money back to me. Not pleased. I should have asked for a refund.

Best amenities ever. This was a FANTASTIC stay for our family. Regret not staying here before!!
