    Relaxing

The location was decent, especially if you enjoy walking. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the museums. The bed and linens were comfortable. The hotel feels very outdated. Unfortunately, our bathroom was not cleaned properly—we found old soap under the sink cabinet and hair on the bathroom floor. The reception staff also rarely smiled or greeted guests, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming.

The bedroom door did not shut close and the air condition continually ran on high, so you froze or shut it off and be hot.

Nice location, beautiful building They looked understaff so check in and check out and any other time I needed to speak with somebody It took an unecessary amount of time. The room should be undated … very old overall . Parking is $70 per night. Breakfast was below average

Room was clean but we kept finding hair in several places, there was so much dust behind the mirror in the bathroom, it was falling down on everything on the vanity. Room also has old furniture smells. Coffee in the room was good. Bottle of vine was also complimentary.

Staff were unprofessional. Called twice and both

The hotel was very well kept. I would definitely stay again in the near future.

Staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly. We arrived very early, so I was expecting to have to do a luggage hold and hang out all day but Deborah was very helpful in getting us in our room. The room itself was pretty spacious, the bathroom was a bit small but had what we needed. I did think the room could use a little updating. My only dislike was the onsite restaurant. While the server was nice, the food was bland and expensive and we were charged an automatic 20% gratuity for the two of us. I was in town for a conference and other guests attending the same conference were not charged automatically, so I'm unsure why we were singled out. I would recommend walking across the street to the Hilton for food, as it had better variety and was actually less expensive, or walking within a few blocks. Overall though, I would definitely stay again.

Computer issues delayed check in, staff was not helpful on the phone, no baggage assistance for two ADA people at checkout. No room service. Convenient location.

Room was kept clean however amenities need upgrades. Fridge had to be replaced, usb connections not working, washroom 😟. Kind of them to gift a bottle of wine at check-in. That was really good.

    Exceptional

There was little info given at check - in, they did nt tell us about the breakfast room/ dining room….no idea if they did room service! Got to the room and no info there either. Not good! Housekeeping was not good….we had to ask for water on first 2 days, had to ask for bath towels on day 2 and waste baskets were nt emptied on 3 days we were there! Room was very comfortable, nice bed and pillows, but poor double glazing meant the room was quite noisy whenever police or fire trucks were passing by! I can’t really recommend this hotel given all of the above.
