Relax Inn

Close to alot of things The bed was hard and high off ground im short lol

Nothing at all The roaches that was under the appliances.... the filth of the room i had to go run to the store and get cleaning supplies just to clean the place but I still went and found another place to stay for the night.... the roaches did it for me so gross

Just a nice place to stay, comfortable. Everything you need is made available.

This was advertised as a pay at the property, but the property ran the payment before we got arrived. There were others traveling with us, and each was very paying for their room. The property was clean and staff was nice. Rooms were clean. I was not happy that people were sitting in their car smoking weed with their windows down, so walking thru parking lot the smell was awful. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I liked how spacious the room was. There was a kitchen, no utensils, but you could bring your own. We had cereal and oatmeal for breakfast.

Pleasant

Fine...............................................................

cleanish (some weird old stations and such). no bugs. our AC wouldn't stay on. there's refurbishments going on. it was quiet with some motel people around the property

You can't beat the price. Property was well maintained, quiet, basic. nothing fancy. Location was just what I was looking for, off the thruway and off 104. Especially being on the road for 9 hours, driving in from Maine. There's restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores within proximity of the property.

Good

My room appeared clean and was comfortable. No odors of any kind. Convenient parking right in front of room. Exterior brightly lit in the evening. Great location near everything. Nothing negative affected my stay. It is an older facility so if you don’t have expectations of grandeur, it is very satisfactory.

There was no breakfast Wash the sheets and blankets. Try cleaning the walls. Bathtub filled with water just taking a quick shower. Bathroom sink did too. Couldn't sleep under the sheets and blankets because they smelled so bad. I won't ever come back

Bad

Great place for some rest.

Quiet at night. New blaring tvs. A good distance from the highway.

The people running this motel are really striving for 100% customer satisfaction. The ice machine wasn't pumping out ice. I mentioned it to one of the managers. He had it fixed in less than ten minutes. They've repainted. They redid the parking lot, getting rid of pot holes. It's well lit. It's conveniently located near many fabulous Webster restaurants. There's a WalMart nearby. Just a great place to stay.

Sunflower seed on the bed, only decaf coffee in room. Coffee not replaced on second day of my stay. Otherwise floor was clean, fridge worked. Near Wegmans where I got dinner 😊

The shower was relaxing. Our room was super clean. The guy at the desk was very courteous!

Room could have been clean / Mostly the bathroom needs more attention especially floor.

The room was clean the owners didn't bother you and if you needed something and went to the office they made sure they got it for you very good people
