avid hotel West Memphis by IHG

Very good

Really nice, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. While it is in West Memphis, it only took 10 minutes by car to get to Beale Street. NA

Staff and the overall cleanliness

Everything Nothing

Close to what we needed

Comfortable and clean room with attentive staff. Easy interstate access with restaurants nearby. Room was small with limited maneuverability

Everything about the two days stay that we had in the times that we were traveling to, and from Ohio to Texas was what I expected. The rooms were nice and clean, The only thing that I would change would be having a longer shower curtain for room 401 to prevent a lot splashing water outside of the shower pan.

I love the Greeting and Welcome when we arrived , everything was nice and clean perfection The breakfast and choice of food was amazing. The stay was a 10/10 I will definitely be back again soon . I loved everything

Over priced .

Exceptional

Will be staying here again.

Superb

The hotel looks nice The people take your money and keep bothering you saying I didn’t pay cause they system ain’t have shit to do with me then it stink how is it a new hotel pool dirty rooms and hall stank

Thanks

It was clean and calm and had all the needs and good quality shampoos and body wash and i loved it had a little store . As a pet owner a better fenced designated area would be better and more breakfast options ,or atleast the potatoes to be cooked since they were still hard and crunchy .

Nice place

Free parking and breakfast.

Man on desk was very accommodating, especially when he had to walk us to our because the door card machine wasn’t working. The facility was very clean. We got some orange juice and it was terrible, we then tried the apple juice…both were so heavily watered down that we decided to skip eating there. We just decided to go to the Cracker Barrel. Not having our door card at check in at 3:30ish and when we came back at 6 it still wasn’t available. I think we got one around 8 but not sure if that time is correct. It ruins a stay when the ability to come and go is restricted.
