Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Westchester/Oak Brook

Front desk staff was very kind. Room was clean but very small. Bathroom had some mold on the shower curtain and some of the ceiling above the shower peeling off, hanging down. Hotel was very quiet and easy to get to. Out of the way but easy to get where you wanted to go.

The staff was welcoming and relaxed. Sam, Jeanine, and William were awesome! Based on those interactions alone, I'd book this location again. The hotel itself was clean, smelled nice, and was well maintained.

For the amount of money I spent/What they charge per night I wasn’t satisfied over $300 for 2 nights an the room didn’t have a Microwave no desk and chair we stayed in room 101 👎

Great property! Everything was super smooth. Our room wasn’t very big, but was well appointed, quiet and very comfortable! Have stayed here before and will stay here again!

Property seemed to be maintained well. I didn’t like that our rooms didn’t have black out blinds. The “half” blind closest to the window only came down partway. So we could see cars coming and going all night and wondered if they could see inside our rooms. Also, we arrived at 5:30 PM to check in, well after the normal check in time and had to wait over an hour for our rooms to be ready.

Staff were accommodating and professional. Our room was kept clean. Location was accessible to all expressways and not far from the city of Chicago.

Modern room, free parking, located closed to the highway, for easy access to downtown Chicago & vincinity. Good value.

There wasn't any breakfast. The area was good - many businesses and office bldgs. We used it as a jump off point for our trip. Just needed a place to stay for one night before moving to where we were going to stay for a few days. The staff was excellent. There could have been breakfast.

I've stayed here twice for events great place to relax and the staff were helpful... happy to know there's a hotel I can go to that I know is a great standard place!!

Great stay, modern looking

The room was great, however the a/c/heating unit sounded like a lawnmower starting up every time it would kick on so it kept waking me up all night. Other than that, the room and property was great!

The room was clean and also the bed sheets

They had no housekeeping we had to go to the desk and ask for towels and bags because there were no garbage bags in the room and we had no chairs for our guests. We left for the day I stripped the bed and the towels and put them in the bag for them we came home at 10:00 p.m. and they never clean their room will never stay here again by the way bed bugs they could not accommodate

It was just that nothing special a place to stay .

Staff very helpful from checking in to check out

Whoever was the maintenance person used clear , shiny silicone to caulk the toilet to the tile floor. The clear, shiny silicone made it look like someone pissed on the floor and left a puddle there on the floor. The coffee maker and the tray were stuffed in the large tray so tight that you couldn’t reach the switch for the coffee maker and you would have to bust a nut to get the small tray out to access the switch. The coffee pod packages are so very difficult to open, you have to bite them with your teeth to rip them open!
