Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel

Location On Friday, September 25, I booked 2 rooms, one with 2 beds and the second with 1 king bed. The room with two beds was fine but my room was dirty and while I was working my wife had to be there waiting for it to be cleaned and after a few hours they ended up moving it to another room I leave you some photos

Love to stay here. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Great bar, amenities, friendly and helpful staff.

Everyone was so friendly, and the service is astounding. Thanks for the amazing service Heba, Emma and Zoie. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and very well kept. I love the modern conveniences while maintaining an esthetic balance between contemporary and traditional. This vibes right for diverse consumer groups. Business friendly and weekend getaway rolled up in comfort. And The Two-One restaurant is 5 stars in my book, I just wish we had this back home.

Overall the stay was great. The one issue was the bed. It seemed like the mattress might have been broken down a little bit. It was not comfortable at all. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. We like the location, the staff, the food, and how close it is to things. We will be staying again but hope the bed is more comfortable next time.

This is a great hotel with a fantastic patio area and some of the most courteous staff I've ever encountered. The bar made outstanding cocktails and we enjoyed sitting outside at the firepits. The place was spotless. My only complaint would be the lack of free wifi but if you sign up for some rewards program I think it is free. I will definitely be returning.

We love this hotel. We’ve been staying once annually for the past four years to school shop in Columbus. Love the comfortable family room type atmosphere.

Room was clean and loved the decor. Staff were great. The customer service is excellent. Loved the location. The hotel is on the end by several restaurants. The coffee at the restaurant hotel is so good and reasonable price. Didn't get to use the pool or eat the restaurant but will definitely go back. They have plugs if you have electric car which was nice when my friend came to pick me up.
