We have stayed here many times.

Overall it is good for the price
-
I will never stay there again and I will never use Expedia for a trip again!!

Sofa bed has floss on it and towels were limited. We got extra blankets to cover up since cleaning staff wasn’t available. Otherwise very spacious room and great a/c. Great view and acceptable breakfast.

It was good

- Room felt clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked as it should. - cheap stay Negatives: - Fitness centre was tiny, air con didn’t work, treadmill didn’t work. Tiny room, I gave up trying to use it - Breakfast was OK. Fruit (banana) was too green to eat. - Elevator didn’t work, but the office person helped carry bag up stairs - location right on busy freeway, fortunately my room faced the other way

Left you alone & parking lot was safe!

Breakfast was ok. Staff was great. Very noisy though.

The person at the front desk was so kind, welcoming, and personable! He made check-in a great experience. Although the gentleman who helped me was kind, I had a number of issues with this hotel. I was unable to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi during my entire stay. A staff member generously offered to let me use his hotspot, but while trying to get my phone connected, he changed several settings on my phone, including settings that affected my VPN. The settings were not restored afterward. I thought I had fixed everything, but I later discovered that some of my apps were no longer working properly. For a hotel stay that was supposed to be inexpensive, I ended up dealing with technology problems that made the experience far more costly and frustrating than I anticipated. The elevator wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs. The front desk also seldom answered the phone, which meant I frequently had to come downstairs whenever I needed assistance. Breakfast was disappointing. I didn't enjoy the food, and there was no fruit or yogurt available. I also noticed that a significant number of people eating breakfast appeared to come in from outside wearing construction/work uniforms and then leave immediately afterward, while other guests returned to their rooms. If the hotel intentionally provides breakfast to people in the surrounding community, that's generous, but it was something I wasn't expecting. I also had privacy and security concerns. There were people lingering in the lobby for extended periods, sometimes watching guests, while the front desk asked guests for personal information within earshot of others. Housekeeping staff also seemed to linger around guest-room doors. Combined with my experience having my phone settings changed, the overall environment made me uncomfortable about the privacy and security of my personal information. The closets also appeared to have mold or significant moisture-related staining, and the hotel was loud.

The smell of the hotel, the water pressure, the noisy air conditioner

Lift was not working through out the stays

Walked in to the room. Carpeting was old and had stains everywhere. Bedspread had stains all over it as well. My husband took a shower and the drain was VERY SLOW. He was showering in 3 inches of dirty water. I called the front desk over and over again. No one responded. I called the outside line. No one responded. I spoke to the clerk in the morning and he said he would have his manager contact us immediately. No response. It is a family business that is run poorly. Breakfast was poor, coffee was weak. I would be surprised if the place had bedbugs and lice. It was a very bad experience. Please do not stay at this hotel. The elevator did not work. We were on the second floor with luggage. We are older. Huge mistake to stay here. We would have left if it wasn't so late. We got into our room at approx 1030pm. We are telling you, PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT IS RUN POORLY. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PGONE LAST NIGHT. WE CALLED 5 OR 6 TIMES. THE FRINT DESK WOULD NOT RESPOND. PORRLY RUN, PLEASE LET SOMEONE ELSE RUN YOUR BUSINESS!!

Great hotel! Biggest drawback was that our shower just was a pain to use, hard to control and understand, Couldn’t tell if it was broken or if we really were idiots. Great beds
-
Location and breakfast ? Nothing to dislike about this hotel
-
Elevator is out of service (hotel has 3 floors) had an issue with the toilet handle, asked for maintenance, no one came throughout my stay.
-
Could have been cleaner, a little run down, but great breakfast selection!! I’d probably stay here if you’re on a budget.

Upon arrival I read a tattered paper taped to the counter of the front desk explaining that the elevator was not working. When I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience the clerk informed me that would be unlikely as the elevator had not been functioning for over a year.
