The place was dirty. The room smelled like smoke although said it was smoke free. Front office staff poorly trained. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Updated bathroom Room: holes in the carpet and some furniture, smelly, and it had BED BUGS!!!

They were reactive when they found out our room wasn’t cleaned. We arrived and our room wasn’t cleaned, and the staff was freaking out because they were fully booked. They were trying to find a solution. Finally they gave us a room that they were trying to clean a big stain on the carpet. They had promised a discount for our troubles, but we never got it…. I even messaged them about it and they ignored my last messaged.

They had a free continental breakfast in the morning and free coffee/ cocoa 24 hours. They had body wash and conditioner. The room and carpet were kind of dirty and the wall paper was peeling. I could see dents in the bed. I mean, its a motel, so this may be expected and I guess I just haven't stayed in a motel in 20 years. Location was close to Dartmouth which was great and it was the most affordable option around during a peak weekend.

Arrived 8pm in September. Room was smelly. No cover in the toilet seat. Water drainage in the toilet and the sink was very slow. Overall, it seems room was not maintained well. Oh, TV screen was small and no interesting cable TV channels. The breakfast was so so. I do not recommend.

The hotel is poorly maintained and dirty. It's loud and the wifi is, in essence nonexistent.

the location ice machine was broken when arrived desk clerk told me so I asked the desk person when it would be fixed the next time I came downstairs I got the answer idk simply not what I was looking for was given a small bag of ice that melted quickly i finally ended up just going to a store and buying some ice so I didn't feel like a inconvenience to anyone even though it wasnt on me to do so i thought this was a good value definitely will reconsider my vacation stay next time and find better accommodations so I get what I paid for and don't feel like I was taken for my money

Wear shoes in the room or you will stick to the carpet.

The rooms were terrible. I am pretty sure there is black mold in the ceiling, Ceiling was cracked. Wall had some dirty sticky residue and there were bugs. I took pictures as well. It is very run down and certainly not worth the money I spent. Very disappointed.

Place was terribly rundown. The room smelled terrible peeling paint peeling wallpaper.. staff was helpful, but the conditions of the place needed very rundown

The carpet was filthy
