Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

pool was not heated

Friendly staff, clean and generally comfortable room. Front desk was open for a relatively late night check in. Good location near to the I-35 Kansas Turnpike. The Wi Fi signal was quite weak (only 1-2 bars) inside my first floor room. I was not able to check work email etc. because of the poor signal strength.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. While the room had - as advertised - a mobility/disability supporting shower, it would have been nice to have disability bars next to the toilet as well. But this was not a major problem, just a suggestion.

Adequate overnight experience. Expect no frills.

Very quiet. Clean room helpful staff. Breakfast was great.

The TV remote didn't work because there were no batteries in the remote. The remote was replaced and initially worked but only for a couple of hours. We had to unplug the cable from the TV when we went to bed. Around one in the morning, the smoke alarm started periodic beeping. The desk clerk said it was a low battery but they did not have spare batteries and he would leave a note for maintenance. He told us to remove the battery and left a step stool (which was not tall enough)outside the door. When I called and said we needed a ladder, he said I could go to the desk and get the ladder. At that time he did offer to put us in a different room, but at 1:00am it seemed easier to remove the battery then pack up and move. I went down and got the ladder and my husband removed the battery but it still kept beeping and we ended up having to get another room.

Overall nice , Large bathroom and spacious rooms .. Breakfast was OK There was little hair on outside of tub and on edges of beds Floor was little dirty but they were all vinyl flooring so hard to keep clean .. The beds were not that comfortable.. Breakfast was OK I would Change up opinions it was same everyday..

Everything was excellent

Highly variable pricing. 2 weeks ago $123; now $196. I can't count on the price. Key has to be reprogrammed often. Out of date door lock system(Magnetic system susceptible to modern electronics). Corporate is slow to address (Too Cheap to fix).
