Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Airport by IHG

Clean hotel & rooms. Excellent staff. Decent breakfast, lots of variety. Shopping & dining within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Superb

and bed. No cups for coffee. No USB connections.

The staff and breakfast were wonderful! We were very impressed by the size of the room and how nice the property was.

Exceptional

A convenient location for the airport, restaurants and shopping.

Is was fine except the bed was very hard, it was like sleeping on a board. Woke the next morning with a stiff back. It was fine

The staff at front desk was nice and professional, room was musty, there was hair in sink and on floor the bed skirt was stained and not pristine, there was some type of white dried liquid on the lounger in room. The breakfast was not the best I’ve had at other Holiday Inn Expresses, the bacon was overly crisp, very thin and no flavor, pancakes company need to get a better batter mix, no grits or cooked oatmeal only instant. No fresh fruit

Breakfast time should be extended to 10:30am

The ceiling peel from previous leak was falling on the bed. We asked for a different room and the water wasn’t draining from the tub.

I wanted to report that the ceiling appeared to be cracked, as if there had been a leak. It was in the bathroom, and it looked like it had been there for quite some time. Considering the price I’m paying, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The rooms ac was extremely loud that it was impossible to sleep. There is a strip club right next to the hotel so at night it got pretty loud.

We had an amazing stay and appreciate the help of the staff whenever we had questions.

Bathroom lighting was not very bright at all. Fine for night time but for getting ready it was very dark.
