The location is great walking distance to the arena.

Very convenient location to the Casey Plaza. Parking was great. Front desk staff were pleasant, helpful and very nice to deal with.

Room was never adequately supplied. Every day of our 4-day stay I had to ask for toilet paper or towels, etc. Even when we had room service, they never put new supplies in the room. Disappointing!!

Very clean. Staff was exceptional. Would not hesitate to return or recommend. not really a criticism but it would be nice to have an in-room safe.

Staff was super nice Well, my room was clean for the most part except I had hair all in the bathroom in the shower. This water in the shower pressure was crappy. Then we went down for breakfast and the ladies at was taking our order seemed very moody crabby wasn’t nice and as I’m sleeping, I hear everybody else’s door slamming.
