Front desk lady was a younger woman. Very blunt and unfriendly. Didn’t tell me about any amenities, just gave me my room key and pointed in the direction of the room. Room was ok.. not super clean but not horribly dirty. Breakfast was very little to offer. It was ok for one night.

This was our 2nd stay at the motel while visiting family and a funeral. As a family we decided we would.always stay at the El Rancho its clean in a very convenient location and the restaurant attached has the best food.

Bed was ok. Vanity light wouldn't come on -BUT did sometime in the night ... It was built in the 1950's I believe- so very worn.
-
Large room, comfortable bed. Pretty basic, could use some decor help.
-
Overall great place to stay, like its connected to Williston Brewing Company.

Helpful staff. Nice to have a good restaurant adjoining. Older, remodeled hotel. Good value for the money and quiet. We have stayed twice.
-
Friendly staff. Quiet room, decent breakfast. Having the adjoining great restaurant was a big plus.

Front desk was rude. Place is outdated

Great staff

Clean, quiet and good location. Good value !

Our initial room had a bad smell (room 101?). The room we were transferred to (#115) was better
-
Comfy beds and good water pressure. Bad wifi and stained linens.

Overall we are so thankful to the staff at this hotel. We were there due to a family emergency and they were very flexible in working with us, especially not knowing from day to day what to expect regarding departure. The more challenging part for them, which did impact guest services, was being short staffed especially on the weekend. However, if we needed clean linen all we needed to do was bring our dirty linen to the front desk and they would give us clean in return. The free breakfast was there every morning with good choices to make. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

I am from Williston, Moved 38 years ago. El Rancho was one of the classiest hotels back then. It’s just starting to look run down on the outside where we stayed. The front looked great! When we went to go in. The door was standing wide open. We did check around- all was good but it was alittle uncomfortable

Quiet compared to other locations in town. The brewery attached was nice. Beds are not amazing but ok.
-
Older hotel, but nicely maintained. Comfortable beds! Great coffee. Didn't get to stay for the breakfast, but it looked good.

Check-in was quick and efficient. A couple trailer parking spots would be helpful, had to park on the street around the back of hotel which was okkk
